Fractional CPO
As a Fractional Chief People Officer, I work with companies where I already partner with the CEO as a Strategic Advisor, taking a more hands-on role in leading the people and culture agenda. Working closely with the CEO and leadership team, I translate business strategy into a people strategy, strengthen leadership capabilities, and build an organizational culture that supports the company’s growth. I help align talent, structure and ways of working with business priorities, ensuring that people and performance evolve together.
