Having founded and led businesses myself, I understand the complexity of making decisions, navigating change and turning strategy into action.
Throughout my career, I have also worked with senior executives, leadership teams and organisations across different sectors, helping them strengthen leadership, navigate organisational change and build more effective ways of working.

What shapes who I am
I am committed to living with presence and staying connected to my true essence. My greatest goal is to become increasingly authentic and conscious.
I am not striving for perfection — at least not according to a definition shaped by a deeply unhealthy and unconscious society. I do not need to be the best, prove anything to anyone, please others or seek approval. I simply want to be myself, live life on my own terms and serve others.
I was born to learn, grow and evolve. I am passionate about art, design and technology. Freedom and creativity are fundamental values in my life. I have never worked for anyone else; instead, I have built three businesses of my own.
I am grateful to go to bed every night feeling at peace and at ease, and to wake up every morning with excitement and a sense of purpose. I do this because it is what truly fulfils me and ignites my passion, and I intend to keep doing it until my very last breath.
During the most difficult period of my life, I learned that death awaits us all and that life can feel long or short depending on how we choose to live it. I realised that life belongs to the brave — to those who dare to follow their instincts, their hearts and their own truth.
Nature and sport are sources of joy, connection and truth for me. Breathwork and meditation anchor me in the present moment and connect me to the transcendent energy of the universe.
My greatest source of inspiration? Children.
